PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE
Definitions
In this information notice;
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;
Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”): Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016 and entered into force;
Data Processor: The natural or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller based on the authority granted by the Data Controller;
Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
1. Data Controller and Its Representative
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by BEŞE HELVACILIK ŞEKERLEME SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. (“Company” or “BEŞE HELVACILIK ŞEKERLEME SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş.”), as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the requirements of contracts concluded with you; selling event tickets and delivering them based on your preferred delivery method; completing payment transactions; issuing e-invoices and e-archive invoices; processing returns and exchanges when necessary; sharing information with you via your preferred communication channel regarding purchased events or campaigns/raffles you participate in; determining transaction details; creating and maintaining a membership record at your request; conducting promotional, informational, marketing, and campaign activities if you have given communication consent; sending event newsletters; performing data analysis and research; carrying out insurance procedures if you selected insurance while purchasing tickets; receiving and following up on your complaints and requests; conducting combined membership, loyalty program, and accreditation procedures upon your request and informing you within the scope of these memberships; backing up, archiving, storing, and retaining transaction records; complying with data retention, reporting, and information obligations stipulated by relevant legislation; and fulfilling our legal obligations.
BEŞE HELVACILIK ŞEKERLEME SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. shall not use your personal data outside the purposes stated herein and shall not transfer or disclose them to third parties without your explicit consent or unless permitted by applicable legislation.
3. To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred domestically or abroad, depending on your chosen payment method, to relevant banks and online payment systems; to insurance companies and intermediary institutions if you selected insurance during ticket purchase; to distribution/cargo/courier companies in line with your chosen delivery method; to relevant sports clubs and foundations/companies participating in programs if you purchased special memberships such as combined membership or loyalty programs; to relevant institutions if you selected a donation option during ticket purchase; to infrastructure providers in order to resolve complaints and provide better service; to institutions/organizations and infrastructure providers within the scope of e-invoicing and e-archive invoicing; to domestic and international server hosting, archiving, storage, and software service providers we cooperate with for backing up, storing, archiving, and retaining transaction records; to our Company’s main shareholder and direct/indirect domestic/foreign affiliates; and to our employees, legal, financial, and tax advisors, auditors, and authorized persons, institutions, and organizations permitted by legislation, for the resolution of complaints, elimination of issues, or fulfillment of legal obligations. Transfers will be limited to what is necessary and relevant to the purpose.
4. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected by our Company through various channels and based on different legal grounds for the purposes stated above. The personal data collected during this process are obtained in physical or electronic environments for the legal reasons of carrying out the purposes specified in this Information Notice and fulfilling our related obligations. Such personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (2) and (3) of this Information Notice within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
5. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out in the BEŞE HELVACILIK ŞEKERLEME SAN. ve TİC. A.Ş. Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy published at https://www.besegida.com, your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board shall be charged.

To request information if personal data have been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, and to request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against the person arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
